Frequently asked questions.

What time should I expect the crew to arrive?

Expect the crew to arrive between 8AM and 9AM, unless otherwise notified by our office.

What do I need to do to prepare for the crew?

The crew needs 2 feet of space to work on either side of the fence. Please remove any potted plants and yard decorations from the area. Please remove anything that is attached to the fence that you would not like us to haul away.

How can I pay for my fence?

Full payment is due upon the completion of your fencing project. The foreman on the job will collect the money before he and the crew leave. If you are splitting the cost of the fence with a neighbor, please have their share of the money as well.

Who is responsible for payment if my neighbor doesn't pay?

The person whose name is on the signed contract is responsible for any outstanding balance.

How do I pay if I'm not able to be there when the crew leaves?

Please leave a check under the mat or give the check(s) to the foreman before you leave.

Do I need to be there when the crew arrives?

Although it is best for you to be present when the crew arrives, we understand that work or other commitments may not allow you the time to be present. Please be sure to give the office a phone number where you can be contacted throughout the day.

What forms of payment does Mid Peninsula Fencing accept?

Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you choose to pay with any credit card please call the office the day before the project to give them your credit card number. Your card will not be charged until the job is completed.
